If you are a prospective tenant looking for a place to call home, browse our rental listings. We usually have several properties available for showing and we receive properties into our inventory every month. If you don't find anything you're interested in, keep checking our listings, or call us for the most up-to-date listings. (All of our listings are deemed reliable but cannot be guaranteed. Some properties may have been rented before this website could be changed. Please check with our staff for updated information). Once you've found the property that's just right for you, download or print a rental application. All applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of fifty-dollars. We accept cash, money-orders, credit and debit cards for the application fees.
Work Orders - Repairs
Current Tenants that have a work request should click here, type in the information and submit. All Work Requests must be written for tracking purposes. Tenants should then call for scheduling information. Emergencies Work Requests can be called into our office 24/7. 386-752-1444, ext. 20. Emergencies should be REAL emergencies such as; running water, fire, tree down on unit, storm damage, etc.
